ON Partners' Cigna medical plan makes it easy to access care with on-demand ID cards available through your myCigna web account or via the Cigna member app. Cigna only provides physical ID cards upon request after you are enrolled in medical coverage. You can also request replacement cards when your name or family members change.
If you need care right away and your ID card is not yet available, please download the below Access to Care letter and share it with your doctor. The letter provides specific instructions for verifying coverage.
New to ON Partners' Cigna medical plan?
ID cards are typically available on Cigna's member website or mobile app about 10 business days after you complete your benefits enrollment in Employee Navigator. You can also call Cigna and request physical copies of your ID cards to be delivered to your home address. Please download the below Welcome to Cigna info sheet for details.
New name or different dependents on your Cigna medical plan?
Cigna will automatically create updated ID cards if your name changes or if your covered dependents change. After updating your information in Employee Navigator, please allow about two weeks for updated cards to be available on Cigna's member website or mobile app. You can also call Cigna and request physical copies of your ID cards to be delivered to your home address.
